Already no longer visibly far away Chur |

Now I am a long time completely alone. Only from time to
time I see a few cows in a wonderful landscape
|

Behind Churwalden I see again a runner in front of me |

It is a resident of Munich, who lives in Honkong. He
trains here for a Mountain Bike route thru the Himalaya |

We photograph ourselves mutually. So much time must be |

We approach at kilometer 17 the first pass height: Foppa in approximately
1700 m height.
Now we have about 1000 metres of elevation behind us |

A wonderful mountain landscape
|
I make speed, since it goes downhill. So I do not have
much time to make photos |
